Students from IPOL presented a poster reporting some of our findings from Iowa Poll #213 from 1974 in Chicago at the Midwest Political Science Association's annual meeting. Devin Ensley, Alli Kazan, Malvika Khadiya, Maddie Patterson, Austin Sachtschale, and James Valentin, all headed to the Palmer House Hilton for April 3-6 to participate in the undergraduate research poster presentation sessions. They discussed out findings with conference attendees, including other undergraduate poster presenters, and attended other panels and events while at the conference. Iowa Poll #213 asked about many topics that are once again prominent; our poster focused on questions related to inflation, party nominations for the 1976 Presidential election, top problems facing the country, and congressional approval. Support for their participation was provided by IPOL, the Department of Political Science, the Dewey Stuit fund in Liberal Arts and Sciences, and the Office of Undergraduate Research.
